USA - Lot of 8 Banknotes of 1 Dollar 1963, All with a Star and Different Prefix - UNC This lot consists of 8 1 Dollar 1963 banknotes, each featuring a star note with a different prefix. All the notes are in UNC (Uncirculated) condition, meaning they are free of any signs of wear or damage and retain their crisp, fresh appearance. Obverse: Each note features a portrait of George Washington on the front, along with the inscription "United States of America", "One Dollar", and the serial number. The star symbol next to the serial number indicates that these are replacement notes, issued to replace misprinted or damaged bills during the printing process. Reverse: The reverse side of each note features the Great Seal of the United States with an eagle and the motto "In God We Trust", along with the "One Dollar" denomination. The star notes are particularly collectible because they are issued in smaller quantities, making them more sought after by currency collectors.
