Judaica / Zionism - Argentina, “Tefeeret Israel” Community Medal, 1932 Bronze medal issued to commemorate the inauguration of the building of the “Tefeeret Israel” Synagogue and Talmud Torah in Ciudadela, Argentina, in 1932. The obverse depicts the Tablets of the Law, inscribed: “Soc. Tefeeret Israel Inauguración Edificio Social Templo y Talmud Torah.” Translation: Tefeeret Israel Society - Inauguration of the Community Building, Synagogue, and Talmud Torah. The reverse bears the dual date: “18 de Nisan 5692 - 24 de Abril de 1932”, together with “Baltar 320 - Ciudadela”, referring to the address of the institution.
