At the top appears the large Hebrew inscription: "סולל בונה" - Solel Boneh The lower inscription refers to the company and its activity in the fields of construction and infrastructure. Reverse: The center features a mosaic-like or stonework design, with the Hebrew inscription: "בהגיעך לגמלאות בהוקרה" - Presented with appreciation upon your retirement Around the rim appears an inscription emphasizing the contribution of each individual worker as part of a larger whole, similar to a mosaic made of many separate pieces.
