Israel - Pruta and Agora Coin Set - 1962 - UNC This rare and carefully preserved Pruta and Agora Coin Set from 1962 includes a complete type set of 16 Pruta coins and 1, 5, 10, 25 Agorot coins. The set is uncirculated and was meticulously maintained to ensure that the coins remained in excellent condition. Such sets are relatively less common than other Israeli coin sets, making this one a highly sought-after piece for collectors. The set comes housed in a large presentation folder, with a blue plastic exterior and velvet-lined exposed holes inside to securely hold each coin. The outside features the Metal State emblem affixed to the front cover, while the inside of the folder displays the old logo of the predecessor of the IGCMC along with the text in English: "Israel’s Medals & Coins" and Israel Coins and Medals Company, Jerusalem, Israel. It’s important to note that different types of 10 Pruta coins were used by the IGCMC to assemble this set, adding a layer of uniqueness and variety to this beautiful and historical set.
