Israel - 5 Agorot 1964 - Low Mintage, PCGS MS64 A 5 Agorot coin dated 1964 / 5724, with the lowest mintage for this denomination - only 21,451 pieces issued. The coin is certified by PCGS as MS64, a particularly high grade for this issue. Obverse: At the center appears the Hebrew inscription “Israel”, alongside three stylized pomegranates. The design is based on an ancient Jewish motif and reflects the style of Israeli coinage of the period. Reverse: At the center appears the denomination “5 Agorot” in Hebrew only, with the Hebrew year “תשכ"ד” below it. Around the rim appears a stylized border design. A scarce low-mintage Israeli coin, especially desirable in the high certified grade of PCGS MS64, suitable for collectors of Israeli coins and key dates in the Agorot series.
